Chartwell needs a detail-focused Dishwasher to keep dining operations safe, sanitary, and ready for residents. Work includes dishwashing, cleaning, and teamwork.

As a Dishwasher with Chartwell’s Dining Services team, you will help kitchens run smoothly and support pleasant dining experiences. Your responsibilities include washing dishes, sanitizing work areas, handling waste, and assisting with food supply storage. The position requires reliability, communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred, especially in retirement residences or hospitality settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment by hand
- Operate industrial dishwashers when required
- Clean and sanitize equipment, floors,



and work areas
- Empty garbage and transport waste for disposal
- Help receive and store food supplies

Requirements:

- Secondary school education or equivalent
- Food Handler certification, or willingness to complete training
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
