This Cocktail Bartender position centers on an extensive drinks menu, basic wine knowledge, and familiarity with menu items. You will explain cocktail options, spirit groups, sweetness levels, and food pairings when asked. The position also requires clean service areas, organized storage, completed standard operating procedures, and secure cash handling. Key Responsibilities:
- Know cocktail and drinks menus extensively
- Recommend wines according to pairings and sweetness levels
- Explain food items and surrounding experiences to guests
- Confirm standard operating procedures are followed and completed
- Maintain cash and float security during operating hours
Requirements:
- Knowledge of vodka, rum, gin, and whiskey production
- One-plus year bar experience required
- Minimum six months in a busy restaurant
- ProServe qualification with guest service focus
- Flexible availability for morning and evening shifts
