Work directly with OPTrust’s Chief Investment Officer in Toronto, coordinating priorities, relationships, and confidential executive administration through a hybrid model. As Relationship Advisor, you will oversee operational and business administration for the CIO’s office. The 12-month contract supports the Investment Division through research, project coordination, committee processes, communications, and senior management onboarding. Success requires discretion, organization, and confident collaboration across executive and employee levels. Key Responsibilities:

Support the CIO’s priorities, objectives, calendar, and communications Create relationship maps and manage stakeholder touchpoints strategically Prepare committee agendas, materials, schedules, notes,



and follow-up Produce materials for corporate and Investment Division initiatives Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, events, workspace projects, and newsletters Requirements:

At least seven years working directly with investment professionals and executives Ability to protect confidential materials using sound qualified discretion Experience balancing complex tasks, priorities, and deadlines Knowledge of financial software for producing expense reports Excellent planning, communication, organizational, and relationship management skills Apply executive judgment, relationship management, and precise coordination to help strengthen OPTrust’s Investment Division and CIO office.
