This associate helps maintain a safe, secure, and professional store setting for customers, associates, visitors, and vendors. The work includes daily patrols, incident investigations, emergency response, apprehensions, and clear communication with Store Leadership. You will follow Asset Protection standards, Company policies, and legal standards while supporting shrink reduction and store profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features function properly
- Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
- Support emergency procedures and store task team responsibilities
- Conduct external apprehensions when required
- Communicate findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Security Guard License
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing tasks
- Ability to follow Company policies and legal standards
