Lead Puppy Sphere events in Ottawa through organized team supervision, in office operations, and safe puppy handling. This part-time role is hybrid, with on-site presence required.

As Head Supervisor, you will support Puppy Sphere’s Ottawa Pack and wider Management team. The work includes event operations, staff management, scheduling, communication, and animal welfare. You will help deliver consistent experiences across on-site and off-site events while supporting operational excellence and positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily operations alongside Regional Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator
- Oversee in office and off-site Puppy Sphere event execution
- Manage event facilitators, supervisors, and yoga instructors
- Coordinate schedules, identify gaps,



and support fulfilment needs
- Monitor cleanliness, team check-ins, communication, and safe handling
