Represent consumer packaged goods brands through retail selling, merchandising, and account development in Windsor. Encore offers a part time schedule of 15 weekly hours.
As a Sales Representative, you will identify business development opportunities and drive sales across an assigned geographical territory. Encore relies on this work to strengthen retail relationships, close distribution gaps, and support profitable sales growth. Your responsibilities include consultative selling, display negotiations, inventory reviews, reporting, and timely market feedback. The schedule requires flexibility from Monday through Friday.

- Establish territory goals with your Manager
- Become a trusted advisor to retail accounts
- Negotiate display space and maintain agreed standards
- Align shelf tags with retailer listings and planograms
- Use reporting to identify gaps and sales opportunities
