You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests about products, build loyalty, and reflect company values. The position supports multiple store zones while addressing guest needs and collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model
- Explain AE and Aerie product details
- Introduce loyalty programs and additional brand channels
- Flex between salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom
- Resolve guest concerns while following company policy

Requirements:

- Enjoy interacting with people and helping guests
- Manage multiple tasks with energy
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Love AE and Aerie products
- Be at least 16 years old
