Provide resident care at AgeCare using established care plans, bedside techniques, and attentive observation. Help maintain secure, secure surroundings for everyone.

As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide care according to resident care plans and help identify changing needs. You will monitor care, report findings, document information, and support infection prevention procedures. The role also includes participating in education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops as directed.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
• Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
• Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
• Meet Ontario Community Support Association standards
• Know bedside care, sanitation, and geriatric resident needs
