As a Seasonal Service Team Member, you will help customers shop, provide solutions, and maintain a well-merchandised store. You will handle cash, support Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and assist with online order processes. The role also includes stocking, merchandise recovery, safety programs, and Custom Framing cross-training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers locate products and find suitable solutions
- Deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences and handle cash
- Support Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- Assist BOPIS, SFS, stocking, and truck unloading processes
- Complete merchandise recovery, SISO, and store maintenance duties

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
- Must be at least sixteen years old
