As an entry level Composite Assembly Technician, you will report to the Supervisor, Manufacturing. The position involves fitting parts with jigs, fixtures, small hand tools, and pneumatic tools. You will follow drawings, MID, specifications, standardized work instructions, and bonding procedures while meeting quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fit components using jigs, fixtures, clecos, and back drilling
- Bond inserts into prepared composite cores
- Join metallic components to composites using specified methods
- Meet torque values, apply torque striping,



and safety wire
- Maintain clean, neat, 5S, and FOD-free work areas

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of experience performing operations processes
- Knowledge of quality requirements and standardized work
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Experience in aerospace industry preferred

Use disciplined assembly methods, blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and quality awareness to support Airbus helicopter production in Fort Erie.
