Support resident dining as a Dietary Aide with food handling and meal service skills during permanent part time hours, 10:30am to 6:30pm. Sienna Senior Living offers an existing vacancy for this community-based position.

The Dietary Aide supports optimal food service while helping meet residents’ diets and food preferences. Daily work includes meal preparation, serving, table service, cleaning, and safe food storage. The position follows infection control, quality management, legislative requirements, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow proper food handling techniques throughout food service
- Assist with meal and beverage preparation and service
- Take resident menu orders and record preferences
- Set, clear, wash,



and sanitize dining areas
- Complete scheduled cleaning and maintain clean floors

Requirements:

- Maintain a current Safe Food Handler’s Certificate
- Know correct food service and handling procedures
- Operate dishwashers, conveyor toasters, and meat slicers
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English
- Pass applicable prescribed records checks
