This full-time and casual position focuses on retail security operations, access control, patrols, and incident response. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee retail security operations through CCTV and alarms
- Control access and conduct property patrols
- Escalate critical incidents using site procedures
- Respond to emergencies and security breaches appropriately
- Deliver skilled customer service in a safe environment

Requirements:

- Two years of security experience, preferably retail or control room
- Required previous CCTV monitoring experience
- Valid British Columbia Security Worker Licence
- Excellent observation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
