The City of Penticton seeks a permanent Bylaw Enforcement Officer for administrative, inspectional, and regulatory work. Investigate property use, parking, zoning, noise, building, business, sign, and public-place concerns. Explain bylaw provisions while pursuing compliance through education and enforcement options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate complaints and recurring municipal bylaw offences
• Patrol parks, trails, beaches, and public spaces
• Coordinate with departments, agencies, and community partners

Requirements:

• One-plus year municipal regulatory public-contact experience
• Bylaw I and Bylaw II certification or equivalent
