Support meal services as a part time Dietary Aide with Extendicare, serving residents and guests while preparing dining areas and trays.

Reporting to the Food Services Supervisor, the Dietary Aide supports setup, serving, and cleanup for meals in the Home. The work includes beverages, salads, desserts, table service, dishware, and kitchen cleanliness. You will also support catering, training, safety procedures, and resident rights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
- Prepare beverages, salads, desserts, and other service items
- Set and clear dining tables and deliver tray service
- Clean dishware, cutlery, kitchen, and dining areas
- Assist catering, theme events, training, and quality improvement

Requirements:

- Current Food Handler's Certificate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Food service or seniors experience preferred
- Ability to lift hot, heavy items and stand or walk
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
