Supervise food processing and packaging associates at HelloFresh Canada in Mississauga while coordinating schedules, targets, and workplace safety requirements.

This Production Team Lead reports to the Production Manager and supports plant direction through team building and culture development. You monitor production-plan delivery, address line productivity problems, and communicate required changes. The work includes kitting, processing, packaging, testing, grading, sanitation, and food quality controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate production associate activities
- Communicate goals, targets, information, and production-plan changes
- Assess employee performance against daily production targets
- Ensure areas and equipment remain cleaned and sanitized
- Support HACCP, GMP,



SOP, and food-quality compliance

Requirements:

- One to three years of food processing, manufacturing, or food service experience
- Robust leadership and people management capabilities
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
- Flexible availability for overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays
