As a Theatre Manager, you will maintain seamless operations while executing a clear business vision. You will uphold policies, inspections, and regulatory requirements across the venue. The role also combines team development, financial management, and guest-focused decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain seamless amusement, food and beverage, guest service, and retail operations
- Keep checklists, inspections, and facility standards current
- Execute Groups & Events within the venue
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop venue management
- Manage budgets, grow revenue, and initiate business projects
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar workplace
- Ability to lead multiple departments during high-volume periods
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Schedule flexibility for extended hours as required
