The Lot Associate welcomes, engages, and thanks customers while helping load merchandise. This position requires customer focus, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. You will identify project needs, assist with carts, and follow Protected Loading Training when securing purchases in vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow Home Depot's Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking service model
- Maintain sufficient carts near the store entrance
- Ask open-ended project questions to identify customer needs
- Help customers load products into vehicles and carts
- Plan safe merchandise loading and securing methods

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of retail experience
- Effective communication and customer focus
- Interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and move items
