Support holiday client service at Hillberg & Berk’s Kingsway store in Edmonton through gift wrapping, POS operation, and floor replenishment.
This Seasonal Client Ambassador role is hands-on and client-facing throughout the peak holiday period. You will welcome clients, help them find jewellery, and support smooth store experiences. Daily work includes shipment receiving, stockroom accuracy, gift packaging, visual standards, and team backup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and help them find suitable jewellery
- Receive shipments and replenish the sales floor
- Maintain accurate, orderly stockroom organization
- Wrap and package gifts carefully and quickly
- Operate POS and maintain store visual standards
Requirements:
- One to two years of retail or similar experience
- Comfort standing full shifts and lifting cartons
- Ability to use a step stool safely
- Availability during evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and Boxing Day
- High School Diploma or equivalent
