As a seasonal part-time Distribution Center Team Member, you will learn General Labor functions and master your home department. You will perform carton and pallet tasks, follow Zumiez policies and procedures, and help achieve daily goals. Transparent communication, problem-solving, and accurate inventory information support effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support receiving, value added services, put-to-store, picking, packing, and shipping
- Perform lifting, stacking, sorting, labeling, counting, and moving tasks
- Follow safety requirements, policies, laws, regulations, and procedures
- Recognize issues,



optimize workflow, and update leadership
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively

Requirements:

- Effective written and verbal English communication skills
- Positive, energetic, self-motivated, and committed approach
- Proven problem-solving skills and approachable personality
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and 75 occasionally
