The Lead Artist sets technical standards across LifeSpa and serves as a qualified example for technicians. This role provides technical services, leads beauty analysis education, and supports service and retail education within Life Time. Responsibilities also include recruiting talent, optimizing schedules, managing inventory, and overseeing payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and maintain comfort throughout LifeSpa experiences
- Deliver uncompromising technical services
- Coach technicians and provide beauty maintenance expertise
- Recruit talent and optimize team schedules




- Manage orders, inventory, meetings, and team payroll

Requirements:

- Five or more years of technical experience
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Appropriate State, County, or City licenses
- Strong presentation, technical, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to stand prolonged periods and perform minor lifting
