You will independently identify strong moments, shape hooks, and explain creative choices while supporting daily production. The work emphasizes TikTok culture, Gen Z fluency, and platform-native storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Turn long-form content into native TikTok and Reels clips
• Identify editorial moments without clip-by-clip instructions
• Add captions, music, overlays, visuals, and transitions

Requirements:

• Two or more years editing TikTok, Reels, or Shorts
