Maintain accurate inventory records at MAD Elevator Inc. in Mississauga using variance analysis and cycle-count coordination. This full time role follows an 8:00am to 4:30pm schedule.

As Inventory Control Coordinator, you will support stock accuracy and material availability across MAD’s 80,000-square-foot facility. The work includes ERP transactions, replenishment oversight, inventory health monitoring, and process improvement. You will communicate clearly with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Scheduling, Quality, and Stockroom teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate stock levels, locations, and inventory transactions
- Analyze discrepancies, identify causes, and implement corrective actions
- Plan cycle counts, review results, and complete follow-up actions




- Monitor obsolescence risks and recommend actions to management
- Coordinate replenishment and cross-functional inventory issue resolution

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of inventory control experience
- College or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to lift 15 pounds
