Operate packaging-line equipment at ROCKWOOL’s Milton Factory with prior machine setup experience and attention to safety. Work a continental 12-hour rotating schedule across day and night shifts.

This Machine Operator reports to the Production Supervisor within ROCKWOOL’s Operations team. Working alongside up to 9–12 colleagues, you will help produce high quality stone wool products. Duties include feeding equipment, changing filters, handling waste, maintaining clean areas, and reporting equipment concerns. The schedule follows a 2-2-3 rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Feed and operate packaging line equipment
- Change cooling zone filters, tables, ducting, and fans
- Hand stack products and granulate waste as required
- Clean Pendulum, DDD,



and LHC conveyor areas
- Keep tool storage areas clean and organized

Requirements:

- Ability to follow written instructions and processes
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
- Basic hand tool use in a safe manner
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors
- Ability to wear protective safety equipment daily
