Deliver a memorable dining experience at The Cliff House Restaurant with full table service, wine service, and guest-focused hospitality. Work within the Food and Beverage team at a rainforest-facing venue overlooking Canyon Lookout.

The Restaurant Server supports a la carte dining at The Cliff House Restaurant. You will take orders, run food, bus tables, operate the restaurant POS, and complete cash-out procedures. The role also includes food handling, quality checks, upselling, opening and closing procedures, and promoting the Capilano Group of Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide full table service from orders through bussing
- Prepare and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Follow wine service steps when needed
- Operate POS and complete end-of-shift cash-out
- Anticipate guest needs and increase satisfaction

Requirements:

- One year of serving or hosting experience
- Food Secure Level 1 certification
- Current Serving It Right certificate
- Strong communication skills; multilingual ability is an asset
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
