As a Full Time Sales Associate, you will represent TELUS, Rogers, Koodo, Fido, and Chatr solutions. You will engage mall shoppers, follow the sales process, and create prospective-client networks through CRM. The position reports to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage mall shoppers and follow each sales-process step
- Offer personalized, unbiased advice about wireless solutions
- Manage cash, point-of-sale, and inventory systems
- Maintain merchandising and daily store-cleanliness standards
- Complete opening, closing, training, and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Availability for 32–40 hours weekly
- Customer-facing retail or hospitality experience using point-of-sale systems
- Availability during mall hours, including evenings and weekends
- Wireless retail or commission-sales experience is an asset
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand extensively
