This field technician provides customer service and technical expertise at customer locations. Duties include installing outlets, lines, services, and equipment while troubleshooting service faults. The work also involves specialized tools, vehicle stock, and safety practices. Experience with home electronics supports the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install interior and exterior outlets, lines, and service equipment
- Troubleshoot faults from poles to customer premises
- Work at heights using ladders exceeding 30 feet
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and job stock requirements
- Complete daily safety checks and assessments
Requirements:
- Valid provincial driver's license and satisfactory driving abstract
- Satisfactory criminal background check
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and perform overhead work
- Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergencies
- Robust customer service, organizational, and safety skills
