This intensive summer program places Data Engineers on cross-functional teams addressing real RBC business challenges. You will collaborate with business, data, and programming specialists while developing a product to pitch to stakeholders. Requirements:

- Currently enrolled post-secondary student graduating August 2027 to June 2028
- Understand programming languages, databases, platforms, and frameworks
- Experience with data transformation, engineering, cleaning, and mining
- Experience applying contemporary data science techniques
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
