Read electrical schematics and assemble VFD control panels at Arrow Speed Controls Limited, supporting automation equipment for heavy industries.
As a Panel Assembler, you will complete daily and weekly duties based on customer demands. Your work supports Arrow’s engineering and assembly of VFDs, DC drives, soft starts, servo controls, and PLC systems. Electrical experience and VFD control systems experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review components against bills of materials and schematics
- Read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams
- Drill, tap, and rivet components as required
- Install equipment according to CSA and UL requirements
- Wire panels, crimp connections, and mark wires
Requirements:
- Electrical experience and VFD control systems experience
- Relay logic and PLC control experience
- One to two years as electrician or panel builder preferred
- Proficiency using hand tools and lifting up to 50 pounds
- English verbal communication and organized, detail-oriented approach
