Lids Sports Group seeks seasonal sales help for its Edmonton store. You will help customers choose officially licensed headwear and apparel representing team pride, individuality, and personal style. The work includes maintaining product presentations, supporting inventory activities, and operating point-of-sale technology. You will report to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate revenue through transparent, professional customer service
- Meet or exceed individual company performance goals
- Maintain visual standards, signage, sales areas, and cleanliness
- Process shipments,



reset merchandise, and support inventory counts
- Protect company assets and follow Lids retail policies

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate computer and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand constantly and walk frequently during shifts
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work with hands overhead
