Serve guests at seasonal Spruce Meadows events as a part-time Event Server using polished hospitality and strong food-and-beverage knowledge. This on-site opportunity runs November 7 through December 13.

Concorde Group's Catering department seeks experienced servers for seasonal part-time events. You will provide prompt, friendly service while following company and venue policies. The work includes guest interaction, food and beverage delivery, dietary requests, event setup, and maintaining clean service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests promptly and provide welcoming customer service
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar
- Accommodate dietary requests and allergy-related needs
- Set up, transparent, and reset event service areas




- Address complaints professionally and communicate resolutions to management

Requirements:

- One to two years serving or bartending experience
- Basic knowledge of event spaces and service procedures
- Valid Alberta ProServe certification and over eighteen
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand and safely maneuver heavy trays
