Provide resident care as a Health Care Aide with AgeCare Jasper Place in Edmonton, supporting comfort, safety, and daily mobility.

This part time HCA works within a care team under Staff Nurse supervision. The position delivers basic care and services, including personal care, transfers, feeding, treatments, and resident activities. Care follows individual needs, care plans, and established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bath, shower, and wash residents using water temperature controls
- Assist transfers using ceiling lifts, mechanical lifts, and transfer belts
- Feed residents according to care plan diets
- Provide routine treatments under Staff Nurse direction
- Accompany residents to meals, therapy, and recreation activities

Requirements:

- Recognized PCA or HCA 2002-or-greater certificate, or equivalent education
- Active registration with CLHA
- Fluent English communication, orally and in writing
- One year continuing care experience preferred
- Post-secondary education is an asset
