Prepare pizza, chicken, wedges, and fresh sandwiches as a Hot Food Clerk at South Country Co-op’s Eagle Butte Gas Bar in Dunmore. Deliver customer-focused service while supporting food safety, merchandising, and store cleanliness.

Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, you will prepare and serve hot and cold foods, including desserts and subs. You will also support transactions, stock rotation, display setup, and convenience store organization. This position requires Foodwise certification or the ability to obtain it, plus full availability for days, evenings, weekends, and morning shifts between 5 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve pizza, chicken, wedges, sandwiches, subs, and desserts
- Maintain Food Safe handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Assist transactions, merchandising,



stock rotation, and display setup
- Keep hot food areas and the convenience store clean
- Respond promptly to customer needs and promote membership

Requirements:

- At least 18 years of age
- Basic computer, calculator, and point-of-sale system skills
- Foodwise certification or ability to obtain it
- Ability to lift 20–30 pounds, occasionally up to 50
- Full availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
