Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Technical Specialist (FTS) to support, maintain, and upgrade Oracle EBS R12.2 environments. You will handle requirements analysis, design documents, testing, and end-to-end deployments across Financials, HRMS, Payroll, and OTL modules.
Robust tech/functional expertise in SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, WebADI, Forms & Reports, and integration via REST APIs is essential; NGO/Development sector experience is preferred;
