The Asset Protection Associate helps prevent financial and physical loss, reduce shrink, and support store profitability. You will patrol the store, verify security features, investigate theft and shrink incidents, and communicate findings to leadership. The role also supports emergency procedures and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily store patrols to maintain safety and security
- Verify doors, showcases, and security features function properly
- Investigate internal theft, external theft, and organized retail crime
- Support evacuations and emergency procedures during incidents
- Communicate findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Hold a Security Guard License
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
