Support Michaels customers through efficient checkout, cash handling, merchandise recovery, and store operations. This retail position includes nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Service Team Members create welcoming shopping experiences while following company standards and programs. Duties include customer solutions, Rewards and credit card enrollments, VOC education, BOPIS and SFS support, stocking, POGs, and store recovery. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quick, friendly checkout experiences using cash handling standards
- Educate customers about Rewards, credit cards, and VOC surveys
- Complete merchandise returns, go backs, and general recovery
- Perform SISO and AD set duties as assigned




- Follow SOPs, company policies, safety, and shrink programs

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Respectful, positive interaction during difficult customer situations
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout stores
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves
- Must be at least sixteen years old
