Use hands-on manufacturing and mechanical skills as an Assistant Production Director supporting polyurethane production and daily operations.

This full time role combines shop-floor production with operational coordination and team support. You will prepare molds, cast, demold, finish, and inspect parts. You will also schedule production, coordinate shipments, maintain documentation, and assist product development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in mold preparation, casting, demolding, finishing, and quality control
- Coordinate production schedules, workflow, deadlines, and urgent orders
- Receive materials, manage inventory locations, and coordinate outgoing shipments
- Support prototyping, testing, and continuous process improvement
- Maintain work instructions, inventory records, and quality reports





Requirements:

- Manufacturing experience; polyurethane, plastics, rubber, or casting experience valued
- Mechanical aptitude with tools, molds, and production equipment
- Organizational skills balancing production and coordination priorities
- Basic quality control, measurement, and non-conformity handling knowledge
- French required; English is an asset for suppliers and clients
