You will coach associates, strengthen clienteling and wardrobing skills, drive personal sales, and maintain visual standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Host personalized and memorable client shopping experiences
- Drive individual sales toward the monthly store sales plan
- Coach associates on engagement, conversion, and styling techniques
- Train new hires and facilitate product knowledge sessions
- Maintain visual standards and brand guideline compliance
Requirements:
- Two or more years’ supervisory retail experience
- Passion for fashion, styling, and exceptional service
- Solid communication and talent development abilities
