Drive linehaul routes from Purolator’s Edmonton North Depot using Class 1 credentials, GPS tracking, and safe freight-handling practices on varied shifts.

As a permanent Linehaul Driver, you operate company vehicles and material handling equipment for customer pickups and deliveries. The Edmonton assignment includes 45 weekly hours, variable scheduling, and on-road work. You support service level agreements through protected, reliable freight movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to and from customer locations
• Operate tractors, five-ton vehicles, shunt trucks,
  
  
  
  and equipment
• Pick up and deliver freight while meeting agreements
• Resolve road issues with Dispatch collaboration
• Scan freight and conduct required vehicle inspections

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 driver’s license and clean abstract
• Three years of Class 1 driving experience
• Pass road tests, Defensive Driving, and Courier Methods training
• Handle LTL freight, skids, and loads up to 70 pounds
• Read maps, use GPS tracking, and communicate proficiently in English
