Perform nursery production work at Ferguson Tree Nursery in Kemptville, including planting, pruning, and harvesting across outdoor and protected growing areas.

This full time seasonal Team Member contract runs approximately nine months, from March 16 through December 16, 2027. You will receive direction from managers, staff, and the Team Lead while completing manual labour across the nursery’s product lines. Previous agricultural, horticulture, or forestry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Harvest, sort, and pack nursery products
- Weed, irrigate, plant, and transplant growing stock
- Complete root pruning, pruning, potting, and seeding
- Work in fields, greenhouses, and hoop houses
- Maintain efficiency and attention to detail

Requirements:

- Previous agricultural, horticulture, or forestry experience
- Ability to perform regular manual labour
- Ability to work in all weather and temperatures
- Ability to follow operational and administrative instructions
- No formal education required
