Support Windows, Microsoft 365, and network users as Kane Veterinary Supplies’ full time onsite IT Support Specialist in Cambridge, Ontario. Serve office and warehouse employees independently onsite.

This IT Support Specialist provides first- and second-level desktop support while coordinating escalations with Patterson’s Edmonton-based Information Systems team. The position supports Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, Remote Desktop, and business applications. You will maintain equipment, local infrastructure, and warehouse technology, including AIMS ERP and WMS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose desktop, printer, peripheral, software, and connectivity issues
- Prepare, deploy, replace, and inventory user equipment
- Support warehouse scanners, handheld devices, and label printers




- Administer accounts, permissions, VPN, and Remote Desktop access
- Coordinate network incidents, projects, updates, and vendor issues

Requirements:

- IT diploma or equivalent practical experience
- One to three years of hands-on IT support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and Remote Desktop
- Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
