Support Fit4Less members in Nanaimo with friendly service, cleanliness, and membership assistance during part time club shifts.

As a Fit4Less Host on Rutherford Road, you will help maintain a clean, automated club experience. The position combines customer interaction, cleaning duties, minor maintenance, membership education, and incident reporting. You will follow Fit4Less guidelines, processes, communications, and training while supporting members, guests, and prospective members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome members and guests warmly throughout each club visit
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleanliness tasks
- Educate members about memberships, amenities, and automated processes
- Promote Black Card amenities and memberships appropriately
- Report deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns

Requirements:

- High school diploma or progress toward completion
- One year of teamwork and/or volunteer experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A, and AED certification
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stress
