This Service Coordinator supports Houle’s Security Technology team by coordinating technical support services for valued customers. The role involves triaging calls, assessing support requests, scheduling technicians, and maintaining service documentation. It is not an information technology role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and administrative support to the security Service Team
• Receive customer service requests by phone and email
• Assess support requests and determine appropriate solutions

• Coordinate follow-up with technical staff and billing teams

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Two or more years coordinating service requests and dispatching technicians
• Knowledge of Alarm, Fire Monitoring, CCTV, and Access Control systems
• Experience with material ordering, tracking, billing, and reporting
• Robust communication, organization, and prioritization skills
