The Lot Associate welcomes customers, helps load merchandise, and keeps the parking lot safe and organized. This role uses Home Depot’s GET Model, interpersonal skills, and effective communication. You will help identify project needs, secure orders in vehicles, and maintain carts near the store entrance. The position reports to the Front End Supervisor and requires no travel. Retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet, engage, and thank customers using Home Depot’s GET Model
- Maintain sufficient carts near the store entrance




- Help customers load products into vehicles or shopping carts
- Plan safe merchandise loading using Safe Loading Training
- Clear exits, loading areas, and debris from apron areas

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of retail experience
- Effective communication and customer focus
- Interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and move items
