This senior position requires at least two years of hands-on experience in industrial flooring installation. You will work with epoxy, polyurethane cement systems, concrete preparation, and finishing techniques. The role also includes independent problem-solving, quality inspection, and mentoring junior installers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete industrial flooring installations from preparation through topcoats
- Prepare concrete using grinders, shot blasters, and scarifiers
- Mix and apply epoxy and polyurethane cement materials
- Test moisture and surface temperatures before installation
- Inspect finishes,
correct defects, and mentor junior installers
Requirements:
- At least two years’ industrial flooring installation experience
- Knowledge of epoxy and polyurethane cement systems
- Experience with grinding, polishing, coating, and detailed finishing
- Ability to operate industrial flooring equipment safely
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
