Reporting to the Bakery Team Leader, this Bakery Clerk position supports retail store operations and customer service. You will prepare, package, label, display, and maintain bakery products while following department standards. The work includes production records, code-date monitoring, FIFO practices, cleanliness, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, package, and label bakery products
- Maintain production records according to department standards
- Display bakery products and monitor code dates
- Follow FIFO to maintain fresh inventory




- Provide legendary service through various communication channels

Requirements:

- Retail bakery experience considered an asset
- Strong customer service and courteous communication skills
- Familiarity with Food Secure procedures and practices
- Ability to lift heavily and stand entire shifts
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays
