As a Home Care Attendant within the Home Care Program, you will assist clients with activities of daily living and environmental support. The position follows established standards, policies, and procedures while organizing services around assessed client needs. You will communicate changes, support home safety, and help clients maintain optimum health and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct client care and environmental support
- Support independence in activities of daily living
- Assist with meal preparation and client-specific diets
- Report client status and home workplace changes




- Participate in meetings, conferences, and in-service programs

Requirements:

- Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate
- Manitoba Class 5 licence or equivalent
- Access to a personal vehicle for service delivery
- Demonstrated communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and respect confidentiality
