This Glass Line Assembly position involves preparing materials, assembling glass designs, and completing glass insert assemblies. You will work with glass panes, spacers, grills, lead beam trim, frames, clamps, and sealant. The work requires following designs, cleaning components, soldering trim, and checking finished products against specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cut glass and spacers to required sizes and shapes
- Etch, clean, and smooth glass components as required
- Lay out components according to design specifications




- Insert and solder lead beam trim between pieces
- Assemble, seal, and clean glass inserts

Requirements:

- Ability to use measuring tape during product inspections
- Ability to inspect surfaces for defects and finish quality
- Ability to verify customer and company specifications
- Ability to report quality issues to the Lead Hand
- Ability to perform required adjustments and repairs
