Services occur virtually, on-site, and in the community, following the YWHO model, with emphasis on trauma-responsive and culturally safe care.The NP collaborates with inter-skilled Hub staff to ensure integrated care, continuity, and effective navigation of health and social services for youth, including mental health and substance
