Under the Food Service Manager, the Server follows proper food service procedures while supporting resident dining. This role emphasizes prompt service, presentation, and knowledge of menus and à la carte specials. Servers accommodate special dietary needs and preferences while maintaining the dining room between meals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve food according to proper food service procedures
- Provide prompt customer service to residents and guests
- Take accurate orders and explain menu specials
- Clean and set up the dining room between meals
- Provide tray service for residents

Requirements:

- Solid working knowledge of all menus
- Knowledge of à la carte specials
- Ability to serve special dietary needs and preferences
- Full availability Monday through Sunday
- Availability for potential 7:00am to 2:30pm shifts
