Pet Valu seeks a Toronto Keyholder with customer sales expertise and retail operations experience to support pet families and store execution.

This Keyholder supports all store operations across Pet Valu, Paulmac’s Pet Food, Bosley’s, Tisol and Total Pet. You will recommend products and services, represent the store in surrounding communities, and help advance Safety, Compassion, Expertise and Efficiency. The position requires retail or customer service experience, POS knowledge, and versatile availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process cashier transactions and customer sales
- Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and required paperwork
- Stock pet supplies and household items
- Open and close the store following procedures
- Assign daily goals and tasks when managers are absent

Requirements:

- At least two years of retail or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of POS systems
- Strong customer service skills and friendly personality
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Flexible availability, transportation, and possible driver’s license
